Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indianapolis South, IN

Incredibly nice staff, and our room (booked last minute) was ready 2 hours before check-in. It's very much an older cheap hotel that's changed hands multiple times. Personally, I prefer having a bathroom with an actual fan and solid door that happens to also have an ancient fiberglass tub over modern hotel rooms that have pocket doors and no fans. I will say, for the more persnickety guests, the TV in our room simply did not work. It was plugged in and the socket had power, so it likely was fully a dead TV that has survived multiple guests simply not telling the front desk about it. I know I didn't, because I was exclusively using the room to sleep before a long drive. I do really want to stress everyone at the front desk was incredibly nice, and the breakfast smelled amazing when I checked out at 6am. Best budget hotel experience I've had in a long while.

The indoor pool was heated but not hot, which made it comfortable to exercise in the water. The staff was so kind, especially when I got ill and had to extend my stay. They offered their condolences and offered any help I needed. The breakfast was hot and well maintained, whether it was busy or slow in the breakfast area. I stayed there from Friday night through Thursday morning and enjoyed my home away from home. Great job, everyone!

My partner and I were traveling to Evansville from Wisconsin when my car broke down near Indianapolis. We had to get it towed and spend the night at this hotel. The next day, we hadn’t heard if my car would be done that day (Friday) or not until Monday. The front desk lady let us have a little later of a check out and let let us wait in the lobby for 7 hours until my parents could come form Wisconsin. The lady at the front desk was very very accommodating. Turned on the TV for us in the kitchen so we could watch TV, gave us waters, and let us store our bags behind the desk so we could leave to get food. 12/10 great customer service!!!

The hotel is center to several others, and a few restaurants too. Upon entering we were greeted at the front desk immediately with a warm and friendly smile! Every staff member has been absolutely friendly, and welcoming. The room is spacious, and perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple! We got a King room and it was gorgeous inside. Very clean, and found no issues upon entering. The pool is fun, and they have special adult only hours from 10p-12a, which we loved because we don't have children and don't want to get in the way of families enjoying the pool! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

I stayed here twice in the pasted month. Both times I was in town for soccer tournaments with my sons. The location is fantastic! It is right off 65 and anything you would need is close by. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and well kept. The receptionist that works on Sunday mornings is very sweet and professional. The beds are very comfy! The price is very reasonable and I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed in the hotel for a week. It was very convenient to the things we needed to get to. Jordan was the worker there and she was absolutely amazing to us. The rooms are currently being updated and so is the outside. The noise isn't a big issue. As Jordan did try to keep us away from it. We came back the following week to do final things and was able to stay here again. I do recommend if your trying to find a place that's off on it own. The staff has been great to us. Very warm and welcoming. Forgive their mess, but they making good changes. It's been very clean in all the areas that we have visited.
